Welcome! First Review!

Hey Guys!

This is my first blog today! So my plan for this blog is to tell the Musical World about the great guitars and basses there are and what I as a musician think about them. So, for my first blog I'm going to review my new Fender Mustang Bass.

As a Jazz and Rock bass player, but especially with Jazz Bass, you need to move around the fretboard very quickly, and that is very easy with the short scale neck of the Mustang. Personally, it has a great feel on my hands. The tone is very clear; you get a nice sound wherever you are on the bass. It comes in two styles: Vintage White and Fiesta Red. Vintage White has a beautiful white body with a red-ish brown-ish pick-guard. Fiesta Red has a pinky-red body with a silvery pick-guard, but i didn't enjoy it because the look of the bass basically screams "Hey! Look at me!" I chose the Vintage White because of its pretty look, but isn't so showy.
